Fit Check
We confirm clinic type, current booking method, number of calendars, patient count and whether the work sits inside our clinic-only scope.

Deposit
A 35% deposit is due before set-up begins. The balance is due on the go-live week.

Data Clean
The clinic chooses the export source, removes obvious duplicates and confirms which fields matter before migration testing.
- 04
Configuration
Appointment types, staff calendars, room names, reminder wording, cancellation rules, deposits and access roles are configured.
- 05
Staff Training
The first two 75-minute remote sessions are included. Extra training is €140 per session.
- 06
Soft Launch
Reception tests real scenarios, including cancellations, no-shows, repeat appointments and manual overrides.
- 07
Live Week
Booking goes live with email support during office hours and urgent outage response within 2 working hours for live clinics.

Remote and on-site
Galway Base, Ireland And UK Clinics.
Most work is remote. On-site visits are only offered within 90 km of Galway city and are charged at €180 plus mileage. Office hours are Monday to Thursday 09:30-17:30 and Friday 09:30-15:00, Irish time. Marian Apps is closed weekends and Irish public holidays.
Support is by email during office hours. Live clinics receive urgent outage response within 2 working hours.
Clinic preparation
Have These Ready Before Configuration.
- Appointment types and realistic durations.
- Staff holidays, regular non-clinic time and locum cover rules.
- Room names as staff say them out loud.
- Cancellation rules, late arrivals and deposit exceptions.
- Consent wording for reminders and booking messages.
- Exported patient file from the current system.
Oddly useful detail
We ask clinics to send the exact wording used when reception says “we’ll put you on the cancellation list,” because that sentence is usually where the workflow lives.
